Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 26bet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the 26bet website at https://26bet.club, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service offered through the 26bet platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 26bet platform immediately and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates. 26bet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address on record. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of this document is the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text and any translation, the English text shall prevail in all respects.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 26bet platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 26bet is an adults-only platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be held by a minor will be closed immediately with all funds forfeited.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only and not as a representative of any business, organisation, or third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction currently active on your 26bet account or any affiliated platform.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or on behalf of another individual when registering or placing bets.
• You have not previously had a 26bet account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

26bet operates a strict age verification policy. We reserve the right to request government-issued identity documents — including a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate — from any player at any time in order to confirm that the age restriction has been met. During the period in which age verification is pending, the relevant account may be restricted from making withdrawals. If age verification fails, all deposits will be returned and any winnings will be forfeited.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by 26bet — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

You are permitted to hold only one account on the 26bet platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities where fraudulent conduct is identified.

26bet applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all accounts. As part of this process, we may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before processing withdrawal requests or increasing account limits:

• A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of your registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, as requested by our verification team.

26bet will process KYC documents within two business days of receipt. You will be notified by email once your account has been fully verified. Until verification is complete, certain account features — including withdrawal processing above ৳5,000 — may be restricted.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

26bet supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary depending on your account status and transaction history.

All transactions on 26bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 26bet does not impose a standard processing fee on deposits or withdrawals to bKash and Nagad; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own standard transaction charges, for which 26bet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their rightful owner. 26bet processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transactions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Bangladesh public holidays.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to payment method limits).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals above ৳50,000 require enhanced KYC verification.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Funds deposited to your 26bet account must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal, to confirm genuine player intent.

26bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if there is reasonable suspicion of account misuse, bonus abuse, identity fraud, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarifying information.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

26bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are offered in good faith and are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following standard conditions apply to all bonuses credited to your 26bet account:

• Wagering requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per offer, typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash.
• Validity period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required threshold by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specific rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• One bonus at a time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• No bonus stacking: Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms.

26bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a player is found to have exploited a bonus offer — through multiple accounts, collusion, systematic low-risk betting designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

Section 6

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on the 26bet platform, you agree to use the platform responsibly, honestly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities to generate profits. Any winnings derived from exploitation of technical errors are void and will be forfeited.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, financial fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction before using 26bet.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 26bet staff members through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your registered account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 26bet platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence. 26bet makes no representations about the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for your breach of local laws.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

26bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• A legal obligation requiring us to suspend or close the account.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 26bet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, bonus balances, and pending winnings. If your account is closed at your own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within five business days.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily — including those exercising their right to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming policy — may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 26bet, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 26bet platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from gambling outcomes, service interruptions, technical errors, unauthorised access to your account, or reliance on any information published on the platform.

26bet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect platform availability. 26bet will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly and to notify affected players where possible. No compensation will be payable in respect of service interruptions that are outside the reasonable control of 26bet.

All games available on the 26bet platform are provided by internationally certified third-party game studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the random number generator systems operated by these providers. 26bet does not control, influence, or modify game outcomes and accepts no liability for the results of individual games.
